Id like to get one but I wish the mid section had a rolled bead and lip with a welded seam. Just seems kind of cheap to use a flat strap of metal bolted together.

If your issue is with their build quality you can easily remedy that by making your own using the design specs that you see in front of you. Go ahead and enjoy the ride.

Thought about making one with a CB stacker. Or seeing if they would sell me a second strip of metal to double it up.

What kind of temperatures does that normally run at? Have you tried a Kettle Pizza to compare this to?

I do not have a Kettle Pizza but I bought the Weber Pizza Oven from Amazon.de. (German). It was under $200 shipped. It arrived in four daze. http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?63779-Homebrew-Grilled-Pizza
