Greetings-
I recently cooked a couple of chickens on the WSM for Labor Day and noticed some pitting on nickel coating of my lower grill during cleaning. They are small, about 1/8" in diameter and they are spread out randomly throughout the grill. I've had my smoker since Christmas and a done plenty of que's during that time period. My grills have been cleaned with only Dawn Dishwashing detergent and a scotch-brite pad.
Do you know of the lifespan of this grill? Could it be a flawed grill?
If so, would Weber replace it?
Thanks for your input...
