So I saw Matt Pittman do these and had to try them.
Used a sausage cut into small Circles. Wrapped them each in 1/2 a piece of regular bacon.
Made a mixture of one thing of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of cheddar, 1tsp chili powder, 2 tbsp of meat church honey hog. 1 smal can of green chilis.
Used frosting bag to put mixture into the sausage bacon “cups”. On the SmokeFire for 45 minutes at 350. Turned out good.
