Picking up a Q120... Rat look 😂

Hi all, quick ask about some information on these Q120 grills?
I'm picking up one 2nd hand, I currently have a Genesis Silver which I'm still learning about but would love to get some tips/advice and things to look out for when I get it

I've read some info on the regulators and also it seems like the thermometer is missing? Can this be sourced in the UK?
