Picked up a Genesis gold today.. Couple Questions

Just picked up a genesis Gold today which was right down the street..60 bucks.. I dont want anymore grills but these people keep making me buy them, lol... Got it off the original owner who bought it 20 years ago and he gave me the manual and receipt that came with it. He's never changed the grates or flavor bars which i find amazing.. The grates look like stainless to me. Not sure about the flavor bars

The one main, and only real problem, is the Frame Bar that goes from front to back on the right side between the firebox and the side burner is completely rotted.

Im sure there are many like this and im gonna removed the rotted scetion and weld in a new peice.. My question is,, Is this a certain specialized size piece of square tubing or can i just grab it a home depot.. I really dont want to get another donor grill just for a frame piece... Let me know.. TY

Chuck, you said the frame bar on the right side of the cook box. I think you meant the left side. My guess is the flavorizer bars and cooking grates are both Stainless Steel or they would not have lasted this long even with minimal cooking. On a Gold version, that is entirely possible the grill came with them.
