Them's some nice looking photos. So, give us some more details....how did they taste? What did others think about them.

As for the photos, I did the opposite of you this weekend, I bought a couple of whole chickens, split them, rubbed them and cooked them and only took pics of the end product. Should of taken some before pics. Oh well, live and learn.

I was really impressed with these ribs, even after finishing 4 hours late and being in refrigerator overnight and reheated in Microwave. I'd like to get some cherry wood next time. I only had oak and hickory at my disposal. I would also like to substitute the sauce for Sweet Baby Rays and see how them ribs would turn out.
