Sampled ribs from one vendor, and ribs & pulled pork from another. I'd have loved to sample *all* the Q, but the lines for the individual booths were too long. I waited in line probably 30 min for the first line, and 30 more for the 2nd.

The Q was pretty good.

Lucky you got to sample some. A good friend of mine trekked to Memphis this year. He said it was his definition of Hell:

"Walking around smelling the greatest BBQ in the world, and not being able to try any of it".

Fortunately for him, he hooked up with a contestant he knew and got to become a part of their team.
