perfecting the ribs

Well i tried more ribs on the WSM cant go wrong.
This time 4 hrs in i wraped 1/2 of them in tim foil.
First i used 1/2 cup coke and 1/2 cup apple juice and mixed together and dumped in spray bottle.
I sprayed ribs til visible wet and wraped them.
Placed meat side down.
Allowed to cook them another 2 hrs.

I always use my weber silver gen to carmelize with sauce I started with the ribs not wrped as they were on top. and they were good.

To my delight when i unwraped the wraped ones and grabede first rack with my tonges they fell apart in about 4 pieces OMG they are tender.
Thats it I will always wrap from now on.
I wraped before and never liked them but this time used far less liquid.

Gotta love the WSM cant wait to throw on turkey tomorrow.
