Threw some pozole chunks on the smoker the other day after the chuck roasts with some peach
. Really wasn’t sure what I had in mind for them, but wanted to make use of an already established fire! 
They sat in the fridge until this morning. Decided to do a more healthy style soup with some yellow squash, potatoes, carrots and some chicken stock. Didn’t need to add any seasoning due to the rub on the pork and the peach.
Did it in the crock pot and watched the Ducks beat the Huskies. Enjoyed a post-game beer.
Pulled out the pozole to let chill then made sure all the bones were removed. Added it back into the pot.
Served it up! Cheers!
