since i got my new 22 last week, i decided it's time to pass on my 18. i gave it to a friend of mine that is pretty well versed with the weber kettle. today, i helped him smoke a beef tenderloin, two fatties, and a bunch of chicken. all of it came out perfect, and now he can't wait to smoke more!
