Passed on a Performer

I found a Performer with a brand new cover on craigslist recently for $100. It was lightly used and in excellent shape. I called and it was still available and only 5 miles from my house.

I already had 6 grills/smokers on my deck, but figured I could sell on of my 3-wheelers and it would only cost $75. My wife says I'm obsessed, and while I was cleaning out the back of the van so I could get it, I realized she was right. Not only did I not buy the Performer, I sold one of my 3-wheelers. Now, it's 5 grills/smokers.

I'll probably regret passing on this great deal, but for now, I'm on the wagon.

I saw the craigslist add for this one. That was one of the newer style preformers too. That was hard to pass up man. I just got an older performer with a SS table and it instantly became my favorite grill.
I actually called the guy and he said he already had someone coming to look at it the next day. Kind of glad I didn't have an opportunity to buy it though, I have too many free ones come my way I have no business buying any more.

I thought about this one too, but didn't want to drive to Marietta on a Friday evening. Once I send my SS to the lakehouse, I might get another.

That's tough to do for sure. I had to part with one of mine not too long ago cause I was literally out of room in my shed to put them. I gotta say, though, if you ever have the opportunity to buy an older SS performer that's in decent shape you should do it. Sell something else to make room. You won't regret it.
