Cooked on the SmokeFire at 425 on the righthand side of the BBQ (as you face it)
I can say this about the SmokeFire, it makes a wonderful pizza. I'm very happy with mine, I've made several things on it, I will it's a give and take BBQ. It makes everything very good, although Fish & Pizza it does exceptionally well. It makes good chicken and hamburgers, but I'll admit I can do better on my kettle. I've yet to do a long cook on it, other than ribs and that cook was a failure not because the BBQ didn't do well, but because I cooked at way too low of a temp.
