Overnight butts

I'm wanting to try an overnight butt, but I'm still a bit nervous about it. I do have one question that has been bothering me.
Normally when I do butts, I flip them about halfway through the smoking. Is this unnecessary? If I don't have to flip the butts at all, I suppose I will give it a try.

There is enough fat in a Butt that flipping going to make or break a cook, but unless you are going into hibernation you should be awake to flip at some point during the cook. /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
