You wrap them in anything after they came off to skin them a little easier?
Nope, but once completely charred I pop them in an empty pan and put the lid on for a couple minutes, then let cool to touch. The charred skin just pulled off nearly whole. I really do love poblanos; I always do them this way. Thanks.
