Opinion? best heat resistant gloves to pull pork

I have excellent gloves to wear when removing meat from the smoker but they are kind of bulky to use when separating pork from fat and gristle. So I have been using bare hands for years. But I do get tired of minor but annoying finger burns from separating muscles or accidentally reaching into fat pockets, even after a one hour rest. So it is worth asking -- Does anyone wear decent gloves when pulling pork, gloves that allow you to feel what you are trying to separate? Any recommendations?

Watching. I had some gloves I bought from Amazon and while they insulated fine I ended up tossing in the trash for a few reasons. One VERY hard to clean, 2, I accidentally knocked them into the kitchen sink with soapy water in it and the cotton (or whatever) lining became disgusting, 3, they were incredibly hard to deal with. No dexterity at all. Beyond grabbing a brisket or such off the pit they were useless. I want an easy to clean pair, they don't have to go to my elbows, they need to be flexible so you still have some dexterity.
So, I am gonna watch this thread for suggestions as I am in your boat. I constantly see these "pitmasters" say they buy plain cotton gloves then pull nitrile gloves over them. Here to tell ya. I don't have largest hands in the world. But, I cannot find a pair of nitrile gloves big enough to go over cotton gloves (at least where I shop at Menards, Costco, Hazard Fraught)

I use these, cotton with nitrile on the outside. sometimes the nitrile will shred and I have some oversize nitrile heavy-duty gloves ones I'll put on for a double layer

The cotton is easily washed if they get greasy. I also wear the cotton gloves without the nitrile when I'm sorting through my chest freezer to keep my fingers from freezing.

I bought a bunch of thesevl on sale at HD.
I put a pair of Xl venom gloves over.

We got almost the same thing but the nitrile gloves I found are 8 mil which I thought would work a bit better plus they have a little texture

I’ve used these for a long time, they get the job done and the price is decent.

Hi Mike, I had a BBQ trailer: {Chuck Wagon Pulled Pork} I ran for 12 years. I used Green Nitrile gloves to pull over 1,000 Bone in Pork Butts if they were fresh out of the Smoker I'd use Merino Wool Liners. The gloves were washed and sanitized the same protocol as the utensils to the satisfaction of the Health Department {100% inspection grades for the duration} I still use them.
