So here it is, my CL score for $20. I was bitten by the bug two years ago when my neighbor gave me his 22" black OTS when he moved. I wanted a little more real estate so I set my eyes on a 26". The brand new one was $300 so I started looking on CL. I got lucky, two weeks later I find this one.
It was in good shape to begin with so all I did was use some elbow grease, steel wool, and greased lightning. (of course with the advise from several on this forum). Nothing has been replaced on this brownie, sanded the lid handle, just need to put some teak or mineral oil it. I will get new grates eventually, but they cleaned up ok too.
1st cook----Roadside Chicken! Man it was great!
Now I'm on the hunt for a SS Blue Performer, if nothing pops up on CL in a while it may be a 2010 Model!

That's right George, I leave it outside, I usually grill right next to the road, when I'm done I just put as sign next to it, "Please Dont Touch, it's hot and cooling off" Ha, Ha, wink, wink!
