Retired in LaLa land, enjoying Q'n on my Weber 22" kettle, Big Chief smoker, Imperial restaurant grill, converted to charcoal. Owned a BBQ restaurant and catering biz in the '80s, had an Oyler pit that would roll 8 cases of brisket at a time.
