Simple is the best kind of weekend. And sous chef is doing great! :)

By the way, I made your egg muffins a few weeks ago and - as reported by everyone else here - they were a smash hit!!
I was glad you added the note about how many muffins people will eat, because everyone did eat more than I would have
expected. They will now be part of our regular "get-together" menu.
