I just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone on here for all the great tips and advice and of course the GREAT grilling pics. This is an awesome forum with very friendly people
Seeing how much you guys (and girls) smoke, and bbq and grill all this great stuff has got me motivated to cook much more. It seems every day there is something new to try on here. I have two 18.5s now and am going to get a platinum performer hopefully soon.

I know the guys at the fire station love it when I am motivated to cook as well

My experience mirrors yours. I've never seen a forum where folks are so friendly and willing to help. Hope you had a Merry Christmas and I wish you many successfull cooks.
 
Agreed. As a brand spanking newbie (my WSM arrives tomorrow,) I have been very impressed and thankful for this place.
