Not Q But...........

Sorry folks this is not Q but i think we all love good food, heck i can't even take any credit for it i came home from work on a wet winters day and the wife had cooked this beef roast in the slow cooker and man it was good.

After its rest when she un-foiled it no need to pull this thing it just fell apart..talk about tender!



And the stuper market where she bought it never even labelled what it was!!! just said beef roast!



Hopefully not against the rules being non Bbq if it is i apologise just thought i'd share good food around

Great lookin winters meal. We use the slow cooker all the time in the winter as we both work and it is nice to come home to a nice smelling house and a great home cooked meal.
