The weatherman messed up my plans to smoke a couple racks of ribs today. Not sure why, but he only sends bad weather on the weekends lately.
I moved to plan B, and grabbed a couple steaks. My bride gave me a Ninja XL grill for Christmas and although it’s not my preference, the little grill cooks a decent steak when the weather keeps us indoors. Couple of NY Strips for dinner and the hunger monster was tamed.
