Hi all. I have visited this site for years and benefited from the wealth of info you all bring. I have a WSM which I have had for 2 years which I havnt used as much as I would like. That is all gonna change. The wet seasons just finished and the winters are why we put up with the wet season. Thanks for making it a great site. I hope over time I can contribute something.

Hiya. It's a beautiful spot to live. I've been up this way for 15 years and I don't get tired of the rainforest backdrop and stunning winters. My local BBQ store imports a selection of American rubs and sauces which keep me very happy.
