Noob question for the 22.5 WSM

Hello everyone! Great forum you got here. Question for 22.5 WSM owners. I have four pork butts that are each about 7 lbs, rubbed and ready to rock. I know I can fit them all on the top grill but is that advisable? Should I just put two on each grill and swap them after a certain amount of time? Also, when "estimating" for the cook time, should I be considering the 7 lb size of the butts only? I'm thinking this cook is going to take beyond 12 hrs. I'll be wrapping with foil after some good bark is created. Do you guys wrap tightly in foil or is it fine to drop them in a foil pan, add some mopping sauce and cover? Just trying to figure out what the best method is for success here. Thanks everyone!

I've done four on the top rack before and personally I think it's just fine and alot easier than having to swap the meat around, as for the time it sounds pretty close, I think it took 11hrs for me to cook 4 7-1/2 lb butts and when I foil it's kind of tight with a little apple juice added.

I've done 4 on the top rack a handful of times and it has worked out ok for me. As far as timing, can be different depending on what temp you cook at. I normally take my 7lb (ish) butts to about 12 hours.
