Hey Gang,
I'm Antonio, also go by Amp, and I currently live in Knightdale NC. I'm new to the forum, new to BBQ'ing, new to smoking, and I just ordered my WSM 22.5 from Amazon so I'm also new to WSM's. I've stalked the forum for quite some time and am looking forward to getting started. My youngest daughter is excited as well. She's (11) and been watching BBQ Pitmasters so she's wanting to jump in this with me; I'm sure so she can be the first to taste the ribs. LOL. Anyway, just wanted to say hi.

Hi Antonio. Welcome to the forum. This is a great place to learn and to ask questions. We all like to help others. It is great that your daughter wants to be involved also. You can click on the link at the top of the page that says "The Virtual Weber Bullet". It will take you to a great page full of information that Chris has posted. Also, congrats on a great smoker.
