Last night after a very trying week/weekend wife and I wanted to have a nicer Sunday meal. Chilean Sea Bass to the rescue. Fired up the little Ninja (FWIW this little grill has to be the best fish cooker EVER). Especially on a nice fish like CSB. Ran it on "low grill" setting, with smoker box turned on. Perfect crust on the fish, tender, flaky inside, almost "buttery". So good. Sorry no photos. Forgot
