Great job on the clean-up, Mike. Just to add a bit more to your plate.... Those legs & ash ring/pan will also shine up real nice. I work my way though sandpaper from 100/150/220/320/400 grit and finish off with 0000 steel wool for a better-than-new shine. Really makes the entire grill pop.

PS --- if you have any of the 1 pound disposable propane cylinders, the little white cap that comes on them is a direct fit for a front leg cap.
Thanks for the great info and I might look into doing that on the pan. I may have a cylinder laying around so I will look and see. If not I found them for 33c on web if I order other parts.
