Just wanted to introduce myself to the site.
My name is Tommy and I'm from the Texas Gulf Coast. I just bought a Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5" smoker. I've done about two smokes already on the smoker. I ordered and just received my DigiQ DX2 yesterday. Haven't installed it yet. I'm looking forward to using it this weekend. I'll be smoking some pork ribs and a brisket.
Anyway...just wanted stop by and introduce myself.

I can't wait to learn new tips and tricks for my WSM from you guys via this site.

Welcome Tommy. This is a great site. There's a lot of information as well as helpful tips and advice form some great folks. You're going to love that DX2. I just got mine a few weeks back and love it.
 
Tommy welcome to the forum. You will love the DIGIQ + WSM combination. I suppose you wont have steady T at the beginning due to less seasoning of WSM. Mine is perfectly sealed and it goes for 14 hours ( or more) at the T I like (250F) +- 10F. Astonishing!
 
You're going to love this site. These guys are the best, with their help and advice you can do anything! Ribs and Brisket on the same cook, you already know what you're doing. Welcome!
