After smoking some meat on my gas grill, I decided to start looking into getting a WSM. Today I bought a used 22.5" on Craigslist! I'd seen the 18" one in person before, but never the 22.5. Wow, that suckers huge (insert joke here)! I'm excited to get it home and cleaned up a little before my first smoke! I'm loving this site and all the info that's here!! Thanks for letting me join.
