Never grilled in my life (always lived in apartments) but love to cook & smoke up the place with searing on a cast iron pan/etc. Finally moved into a place with a backyard & am excited to get a grill & start.
Found this site via research & am currently contemplating the Genesis EP-330 vs one of the 2017 models. Also read about infrared grills & am now all sorts of confused about the right decision. Ease of use is important as time is limited with 2 young kids.
