Hello all,
I'm Terry and I am located in Northern Delaware, actually about 7 miles South of The University of Delaware. Today was a wonderful day here with the temp hitting 70 Degrees. Of course , the Springlike temps woke up two urges in me; one to get my gardens cleaned out and ready to plant, and to pull the charcoal smoker out of the corner of the garage. I like to smoke just about anything and I do not really have a favorite. My goal this year is to build a small smoke house in the center of my raised bed garden. I will look forward to reading the posts and learning some pretty neat things from all of you.
