New York steaks breaking in the Stok cast iron grates

Decided to purchase the Stok cast iron grates...could not pass up the good price on Amazon. What better way to test them out then with my favorite NY Steaks....



Threw down some potatoes for a side dish...they come out so good on the grill. No need for an oven.


Coming right along and the new grates working well with the red meat!


Gotta have some greens with dinner. We use Sesame Oil with our asparagus. Very good -- give it try!
