Going to do the prime rib with the Montreal seasoning on New Years Eve, this year doing it in the WSM. We also have lobster tails for dinner. My question has anyone ever done lobster tails in the WSM? Thanks!
Thanks guys. Last year I boiled them, then finished them up on my weber gas grill, they were great. I just figured this year, with the WSM, I might try something different. I do not want to ruin them however. I think I'll stick to the plan from last year. I know the prime rib will come out OK on the WSM.
