Well my new WSM arrived today, got home from work and there is is. Gonna have to hurry and get some things done arond this old homestead so I can fire it up and get to Q'ing. Will be the first on a water smoker, when I get there I'll let you know how things are coming.
 
Congrats on your purchase. I have no doubt you will love it. When you get a few cooks under your belt check out some of the mods you can do to it on the cheap. I personally think the flower pot base mod is the greatest.
This is a great site and you will learn everything you will ever need to know about Qing with the WSM.
