New WSM with a wobbly rack?

Just unpacked and assembled my new 18.5 WSM tonight.

Unfortunately, there's a few parts that I'm not sure of. The lower cooking rack (middle rack?) wobbles. There doesn't seem to be enough adjustment in the grill straps to solve the problem, and the grate has the same wobble either way. Am I missing something or is it time to call Weber?

Also, does everybody's handle cover rock a little bit?

OK, I figured out the rack problem. All of the straps down and 1 all the way up is perfect.

But the handle is still a little wobbly, and I know my kettles don't do that.
 
I just put together my 18.5" WSM last weekend and the handle wobbles a little too. It's not as tight as the one on my kettle. My lid vent is stamped with AA (2011).
