Hi all,

Found this group by searching for DIY shelf for the EX6 and came across Dave - unixadm's Dave's Smokefire EX6 Experiences thread with his awesome shelf build. My wife gave me an EX6 for birthday/Christmas and have enjoyed playing with pellet grilling. So far, I've only cooked beer can style chicken, which turned out juicy and smoky deliciousness. Hope to learn new stuff and be able to post some of my cooks soon!
 
you've got a great wife there. make her anything she wants. she deserves it. enjoy your new EX6. and share cook photos please.

viva San Diego!!!! i need to get back there to some of my fave eating places.
