Was really hoping to pick up the rotisserie kit for my 22 1/2 kettle today, but my guy was out of stock. Will be getting more next week, and my name is on one.

So, to placate my need for "Gotta Come Home with Something Cool Today" I picked up this:

Looking forward to trying it out Friday or Saturday.

Any secret tips would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen those from time to time but never used one. It'll be interesting to see it in action. I look forward to your post(s) with it in operation.

Yes, it takes the place of the beer can.
You can load the liquid of your choice in center cavity,
and the little round cap gets placed in the neck hole
to keep steam/moisture inside of bird.

Instruction book came with a couple of recipes,
and there is a Rosemary & Garlic With White Wine recipe
that I think I will try first, before venturing out with my own
concoctions.

Hope to post pictures/story this weekend.
