Nice.. more often than not I don't need the lower grate of my 22 WSM. This fits a nice niche. Wouldn't mind one for my Ranch Kettle. Hope it's cost effective and it doesn't need to be stainless.

Yeah- It is from C&C Grillin Co. the fine folks that make the Cajun Bandit Kettle conversion, Stainless Steel WSM replacement doors and Rotisserie rings. It is not on the site at this time.

It is a prototype "stacker" Chris is working on. Its reversible for the WSM and 22" Kettles with the idea of the Bandit in mind but on a smaller scale.

It's still in the development stages and my first impressions are that this will be a great addition to the big bullet for those looking to add extra cooking capacity or cooking farther from the heat source.

Some of the feedback I've already gotten from other posts are folks would like handles on the stacker, which I agree would be a plus especially, when trying to get to the main grates when cooking.
I plan to do my IKEA handle mod for that.

For the kettle mod, the aluminum pizza pan as a heat deflector is just for testing at this time.
The outfit that spins the rings is working on a quote on tooling for a custom pan/deflector but it would just add to the price, Chris is looking at alternatives.

I have a Facebook page for my Left Hand Smoke "Fire it up" Competition BBQ team where folks can comment on the "stacker" if this thread violates any TVWBB policies.

I've been a vocal supporter of Cajun Bandit products and use them as an all Weber/WSM cook team, but have no ties to C&C Grillin Co.

Gonna keep an eye on their site and grab one as soon as they are available!!

Thanks for sharing!!
