New strange chicken brine idea for smoking

I have a new idea about brining bone-in chicken breasts. I am thinking about using

1 qt tap water
1 qt apple cider vinegar

12 oz pickling salt
12 oz honey
1/2 tsp fresh cracked black peppercorns
1/4 tsp fresh ground Cumin


What do you guys think about it?
 
That it is rather acidic. You can do that but the timing would need to be monitored. The acidity will 'cook' the chicken--much like occurs with ceviche. It will denature the proteins and make the flesh at first mushy, then incapable of holding moisture at all.
