Hello all,
I am new to the smoking comunity but happy I am, so much fun and the food is incredible. I have already smoked 2 shoulders and 2 racks of ribs on separate occasions. First Smoke was tough but learned from my mistakes for the 2 nd smoke to be much better.
Easter sunday i am going to smoke a ham as was wondering if anyone had some suggestions or recipes to make it a success. My father is in construction and got me soMe beautiful cherry wood that I know will make it taste incredible. I will definitely take some pics and post since that always helps me when I cook
