Good Morning!
The family and I reside in Apache Junction, AZ, where the weather is almost always good for grilling!
We have a big, cheap gasser( Huntington Forge), an ECB, a Q-210(?) Portable, and a new 22.5" OTG! We also bought one of the big Q-300 models for my parents and use it when visiting them. I will read up in the forums here and learn what I can, hopefully I will ask some good questions from time to time also.
