Hey Guys! Long time viewer, first time poster! I had been eyein' a WSM for years, and after getting by with a Brinkman offset, and then a Weber Kettle, my wife and son got me a new WSM for my B-day!
I was pretty impressed how it preformed the first use, and from reading on here its only going to get better. My first cook was a fatty Butt and it really did a nice job of coating the inside with grease after one cook. Looking forward to many years of good BBQ out of this great cooking machine!
