Hi All! I started getting into BBQ a couple years ago when I garbage people picked a 22 inch Weber kettle, cleaned it up, and put in new grates to make it good as new. I have since gave that grill away, but last year I purchased a brand new Weber Performer (not the deluxe. It's the one with the folding table). I love this grill, and I have done everything on it from Brisket, to Ribs, to Steaks (Both direct and reverse seared).
