New Cook Box screws install

Putting new screws in new cook box. Screws for burners and
screws to hold bottom tray holders in place. Four screws to
put in with no threads in cook box. Any easy way to do this
or just screw in?

The screws will create their own threads. Just make sure they're the right size screws or you might wind up cracking The cook box.

The screws that came with the cook box from weber, seem to be on the larger size.

The #10 screws are too small the #12 screws are similar in size
of the weber screws.

Weber uses 1/4-20 screws and bolts on a lot of their grills, but best way is to just take old ones to a hardware store and match them.

Kyle: I think the OP was talking about the slide rail screws and the burner holder screws. But, yah, the bolts on the frame and other places on the grill are mostly 1/4"x 20 bolts of different lengths.
