New “old” Genesis owner

Thanks for the add - scored what I think is an early Genesis 3 in great shape and ready to use- just needed some minor cleaning. Mostly a Weber Kettle griller, but look forward to using this one.

Yes, it's definitely a Genesis 3. It's somewhere between a 1988 and 1992 based on the information on the sticker under your control panel. There was no way to better pinpoint the age of that series of grills. Enjoy it, it's a great grill!

Solid grill. I just did a Gen 1 and it was a dream to restore. Id love another G 1-5 flip

the L7 on the sticker is Genesis 3. no-casters on the leg and the old-style wheels puts it in the late 80s, early 90s date range.

Very close to the the one I collected last year, but mine was was pretty rough around the edges.
