Our new favorite. The Henderson location has been around for a couple of years and they are opening a location here in Las Vegas next month about 2 miles from the house. Meats are excellent. Brisket is so tender that it fails the bend test since it falls apart. Walk thru the door and you smell smoke unlike some of the competitors here in Vegas. (I remember the days when the original Rollin' Smoke had so much smoke you almost needed a Scott Air-Pak). Big B's offers a spicy, a regular, and a mustard based Carolina sauce. They serve everything dry, so you can add sauce if you wish. Great homemade potato salad. Other sides were ok, but that isn't why we go there. Over the 20 years we've either been visiting or living in Vegas we've migrated from Mike Mills Memphis Championship BBQ (sold), to Rollin' Smoke, to Jessie Rae's to now Big B's.
