Our new favorite. The Henderson location has been around for a couple of years and they are opening a location here in Las Vegas next month about 2 miles from the house. Meats are excellent. Brisket is so tender that it fails the bend test since it falls apart. Walk thru the door and you smell smoke unlike some of the competitors here in Vegas. (I remember the days when the original Rollin' Smoke had so much smoke you almost needed a Scott Air-Pak). Big B's offers a spicy, a regular, and a mustard based Carolina sauce. They serve everything dry, so you can add sauce if you wish. Great homemade potato salad. Other sides were ok, but that isn't why we go there. Over the 20 years we've either been visiting or living in Vegas we've migrated from Mike Mills Memphis Championship BBQ (sold), to Rollin' Smoke, to Jessie Rae's to now Big B's.:):)

These guys finally got their 2nd location open about 3 miles from our house! Brisket is outstanding and pulled pork is great too. Some of their sides are homemade and you can taste that! Especially their bbq beans and potato salad. I forgot the location is Ft. Apache and Patrick which is close to the beltway and Southern Hills Hospital.

Been awhile since reviewing this place. The Ft. Apache location closed in early 2024 promising a new location nearby. Too far to go to the Henderson location. It was supposed to have opened in September 2024, but for whatever reason it just opened in JULY 2025! New Location is at Sahara and Cimarron near a Marie Calendar. Brisket and sides are very good and smoky. Wife had a beef rib which was excellent as well. The owners are from the Hill Country in Texas and a planning a fundraiser in August to help with the flooding there. Their mesquite is harvested there and trucked to Nevada.
