Did overnight pork butt. It got done much earlier than I expected - took it off about 630am at 195 meat temp. We aren't eating until about 1pm. Right now it is wrapped in foil in a cooler with some towels.

Should I put it in a 225F oven wrapped in foil to hold for a few hours? Or should I let it rest a couple hours, pull it, refrigerate and then reheat when we are ready to eat?

David,

Assuming your probed it for tenderness before you pulled it a good cooler will hold the butt for 6 hours. Warm cooler interior first with a teapot of very hot water (set on towel in cooler bottom), wrap the butt in foil and loosely pack towels around it. You can also set the cooler in the sun and it will hold even longer. Hope all turns out well for you.
