Need Input On Ribs

I'm doing my first rib cook today and need some input from some seasoned pros here. This in at the 2 hour mark cooking at 250. How do you guys think they look?

 
Looks good! you foiling or no? I see no pullback on them bones, but your getting there.:wsm:

No I'm not foiling. I'm spritzing about every 45 minutes to hour with a mix of apple juice, bourbon, and Demerara. Thanks Tim. I appreciate the input.

Thanks Adam. I actually took it from a post by Jim Lampe who I regard as a rib master and did not foil. I feel the results were fantastic b
 
Looks great! Getting close. I don't usually foil, but I tried foiling my last Rib cook. I'm not quite sure which I prefer. I'll have to do more testing (dirty job but somebody has to do it!).
