Need help (unrelated but)

Hey guys, dont throw rocks but I'm new to charcoal smoking, been using electric for a while though, ok, ok I know. I have a different question if anyone can help. After too many years I went back to school and got a degree, my wife wants to throw me a party and I want to hire someone who does large B.B.Q. parties , whole hog etc. It would be way too big for me to tackle myself. I cant seem to find a site or list of sites for here in Michigan of people who do this. Does anyone know of an organization or group of such catering? Any help would be greatly appreciated I'm planning ahead and have time but would like to start getting ideas on prices, thanks in advance, Ken

You might try www.thebbqforum.com. Post the same question there. There a bunch of people who are familiar with cooking on big smokers that use that forum. You might find someone in your area. Good luck and congradulations!
