Need advice on a Weber E-320 NG grill

I have a chance to pick up a like new NG Weber E-320 grill for $200 with the hose and shut off valve included. It's the older version with the controls on the side and a side burner on the other side.
I'm thinking of buying this instead of converting my 1997 Genesis 1000 LX to NG although I already have the NG manifold for the 1000.
Any advice is appreciated.

It's a nice grill. and that side burner dies come in handy IMO
